How often are you, as a coach, “IN THE ZONE” and feel that you are reaching your performance potential? Working in the world of endurance coaching requires a lot of passion, dedication, hard work and focus on other people. Craig Johns brings you Breaking The COACH Code – The Future Of Coaching Performance. In this session you will learn the 3 P’s of the Leadership Performance Formula:
- COACH Periodization – How to plan and schedule your recovery to ensure you have sustainable coach energy and performance.
- COACH Presence – How to evolve your communication, influence and performance to positively impact every human.
- COACH Performance – How to develop the strategies, routines and habits to enable your peak performance state.
